Joel Havens

Bio

Joel attended Washington State University and began his career as an owner of a framing business in 2000. After working for 8 years at a local construction firm, Joel joined Halbert Construction Services in 2024.

Joel has 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, and after living in Clark County for 36 years, he has the relationships and knowledge to excel in working with local jurisdictions, agencies, and subcontractors. His knowledge of design, proformas, estimating, value engineering, and financing has been a wonderful asset to HCS and our clients.
